POOL
Jump into the clear water, relax, read, sleep or enjoy a cold drink on our comfortable Kamba beds. Our Pool is 32 meters in length, up to 4 meters deep and is located in our generous public area. It’s also the perfect place to try out snorkeling or scuba diving. We can arrange diving lessons for you on request. Enjoy our delicious BBQ around the Pool. Live music as well as delicacies from the kitchen offer plenty entertainment as well as our culinary delights under the breathtaking open sky of Jambiani.
MALAIKA SPA
The Malaika Spa will spoil you, creating a perfect balance between outer and inner self. Our signature beauty and body therapy experience is based on natural and locally sourced products, creating a symmetry of wellbeing and healthy touch.
Treatments include hand and foot rituals, body scrubs, massages, aromatherapy, facials and waxing.
BEACH
Spice Island Hotel and Resort is located directly at the beach.
Guests are welcome to relax on the private beach inside the hotel or stroll along the coastline of Jambiani. The east coast of Zanzibar is blessed by regular high and low tides, which open up the beautiful undersea world for on foot exploration. Follow the “seaweed women” who are working in their fields during low tide or try to catch some octopus (“Pweza”) and calamari with the kids around who will be happy to practice their English. 
Make use of our 100 m long Jetty pier, which allows you to observe the Kite Surfers in the distance or wave to a passing local Ngalawa boat.
